Your school has teamed with PNC Bank to provide a convenient online payment service that puts you in control of your money. Occasionally, you may be eligible to receive a payment from the school. This may be due to tuition overpayment, financial aid refunds, work study, etc. The PNC Payment Portal website enables you to choose how you would like to receive your payments and where you would like them to be sent. There are no charges for using Payment Portal and you do not have to be a PNC customer to take advantage of this service.
The PNC Payment Portal makes the payment process as fast and efficient as possible. Within minutes you can select your preferred payment method and choose where your payment will be sent.

You will receive an automated e-mail notification when a payment has been sent.
You may change your e-mail address by going to the "My Profile" tab and entering your new address.
Select the broken page icon located at the top of your browser.
To sign on to the Payment Portal, you need an activation code that must be entered along with your student ID. Your activation code should have been emailed to your school's email account. If you have both your activation code and your student ID and are still unable to log in, send an email to pncportal@pnc.com or call 800-745-7577 for assistance.
To get a new activation code, log on to the portal and select "Need Activation Code". If you need assistance, please call customer service at 1-800-745-7577.

If you haven't made a selection before your payment is issued, a paper check will be sent directly to your permanent address. In general, you should receive your check in the mail within 7 to 10 days from the time your school requests that we send you a payment.
Yes. You can change your payment method at any time by logging into the PNC Payment Portal and selecting the "Payment Method" tab.
Questions regarding the dollar amount of your payment or when your payment will be issued should be directed to the Bursar, Student Accounts Office, or the Cashier's Office at your school.
It's possible that you may have selected or changed your payment method after your payment was already processed. You can visit the PNC Payment Portal to confirm your preferred payment choice under the "Payment Method" tab. You may also contact us at 800-745-7577 so a representative may personally assist you.
Yes. PNC Online Banking customers can transfer funds from their PNC Checking account to an account in their name at another financial institution. You can enroll in PNC Online Banking by visiting www.pnc.com.
