Your school has teamed with PNC Bank to provide a convenient online payment service that puts you in control of your money. Occasionally, you may be eligible to receive a payment from the school. This may be due to tuition overpayment, financial aid refunds, work study, etc. The PNC Payment Portal website enables you to choose how you would like to receive your payments and where you would like them to be sent. There are no charges for using Payment Portal and you do not have to be a PNC customer to take advantage of this service.

The PNC Payment Portal makes the payment process as fast and efficient as possible. Within minutes you can select your preferred payment method and choose where your payment will be sent.
Do I have to be a PNC Bank customer to use the Payment Portal?
No, you do not have to be a PNC Bank customer to take advantage of this free service.

What payment options are available to me?
You can choose from the following payment options:
Direct Deposit into other Checking Account - Select your current bank to deposit funds. Generally, funds will be deposited into your account within 48 to 72 hours from the time your school requests that we send you a payment.
Check - You may choose to receive a paper check. You can deposit your check at your financial institution. In general, you should receive your check in the mail within 7 to 10 days from the time your school requests that we send you a payment.
How will I know when my school is going to send me money?
You will receive an automated e-mail notification when a payment has been sent.
How do I change my e-mail address?
You may change your e-mail address by going to the "My Profile" tab and entering your new address.

I am having problems getting in to the Payment Portal. What should I do?
To sign on to the Payment Portal, you need an activation code that must be entered along with your student ID. Your activation code should have been emailed to your school's email account. If you have both your activation code and your student ID and are still unable to log in, send an email to email@example.com or call 800-745-7577 for assistance.
How can I request a new activation code?
To get a new activation code, log on to the portal and select "Need Activation Code". If you need assistance, please call customer service at 1-800-745-7577.
I forgot my Payment Portal User ID. What should I do?

Payment method FAQs
What happens if I am due funds, but I haven't choosen a payment method?
If you haven't made a selection before your payment is issued, a paper check will be sent directly to your permanent address. In general, you should receive your check in the mail within 7 to 10 days from the time your school requests that we send you a payment.
Can I change how I receive my refund and/or payments from my school?
Yes. You can change your payment method at any time by logging into the PNC Payment Portal and selecting the "Payment Method" tab.
Who do I contact regarding my financial aid disbursement?
Questions regarding the dollar amount of your payment or when your payment will be issued should be directed to the Bursar, Student Accounts Office, or the Cashier's Office at your school.
I selected a payment method, but I didn't receive it that way. What happened?
It's possible that you may have selected or changed your payment method after your payment was already processed. You can visit the PNC Payment Portal to confirm your preferred payment choice under the "Payment Method" tab. You may also contact us at 800-745-7577 so a representative may personally assist you.

Is there a way to transfer money from my PNC account to another financial institution?
Yes. PNC Online Banking customers can transfer funds from their PNC Checking account to an account in their name at another financial institution. You can enroll in PNC Online Banking by visiting www.pnc.com.
Where will my check be sent?
It's up to you. You can control where you would like to have your check sent. Sign on to the PNC Payment Portal to review your mailing address information by clicking on the "My Profile" tab. There you can view your permanent address information or choose an alternate mailing address.
How can I update my permanent address information?
Please contact your school to update your permanent address information.
